QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The candidate should be qualified in Company Secretaryship having prescribed experience in the areas of company matters, corporate governance and compliance management. The incumbent will be responsible for representing Board Agenda of the Company to the Board of Directors and shall deal with all matters connected with the Company Law and ensure adherence to all statutory compliances under the Companies Act. The Asst. Co. Secretary/Deputy Company Secretary/Company Secretary will be required to coordinate with Govt. and statutory bodies. Those with a CA/ICWA/LLB Degree and having experience to deal with other statutory laws, rules and regulations would have added advantage

ii) Should have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC or SLET conducted by the APPSC (formerly by A.P. College Service Commission.)

How to pay Fees and fill in the Application Form :
I Step:- The Candidate has to log-on to the WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community.
II Step:- Immediately on entering the above details the Applicant will get Challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India.
III Step:- The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. On-line centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid Challan with Journal Number in the first instance.
IV Step:- On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit WEBSITE and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application.

Last date for payment of Fee at AP Online/SBI is 28/12/2009.
Last date for submission of Application is 31/12/2009.
